The Brief:

The Sanctuary is a nonprofit counselling organization committed to providing accessible, affordable mental health support to individuals and families. With a proven track record of impact — from restoring relationships to supporting individuals through addiction recovery — they knew it was time to strengthen their brand and expand their reach. 

Their goal was twofold: to reach more people in need and attract aligned investors who believe in their mission. Investors who could help scale their mission nationwide

The Olive Co. began with a brand strategy session to uncover The Sanctuary’s core message and long-term vision. From there, we developed a professional, approachable visual identity that honors the trust and care central to their work.

We restructured their digital presence with a redesigned website focused on accessibility, clarity, and connection — equally geared toward those seeking help and those seeking to support. A tailored brand message now clearly articulates their mission, outcomes, and value to donors, collaborators, and the wider community.
